The Ice Carving Festival is the weekend of February 10th and 11th. We will
have special tastings of our products and Kat's Hot Cakes!
We are open 5 days a week until Memorial Day weekend 2012!

We do favors and gift baskets for weddings, birthday parties,
business meetings, club meetings, and holidays.

Vegan Organic Baked Goods -
from the kitchen of "Kat's Hot Cakes" mini carrot bundt cakes, banana bread, raisin bran and pumpkin carob muffins.
If you are vegan these are a must try!
Pastas - organic, gluten
free, organic, couscous, prima vera, whole wheat and rice pasta.
Healthy Snacks - dried
fruits, nuts and seeds, honey oat and granola bars, flax bars, apple cinnamon bars, organic licorice.
Jarred Items - jams, jellies, preserves, fruit butters, mustards, barbeque sauces, dipping sauces,
pasta sauces, hot sauces, con queso dip, fat free salad dressings, salsas, and ice cream toppings.
Granolas - cashew
date delight, honey gone nuts, cherry almond, and toasted coconut.
Popcorn - standard, caramel, caramel & cheddar, white cheddar,
jalapeno cheese, salt & vinegar, hot pepper cheese, and the flavors are stirred in by hand in our copper kettle.
Nut Butters -
fresh ground in our mill, organic peanut, natural peanut, honey roasted, chocolate peanut, cashew, almond, chocolate almond,
and sunflower butter. Come in and taste them all for free!!!
Fresh Local Fruit and Produce - (in season)
we sell fruit in "walk about cups" pints, quarts, and produce by piece or by pounds.
Drink Items - bottled juices, water.
Crackers & Cheeses
- Sesmark, Chicago Flats, Crunchmaster, pita bites, and specialty cheeses Red Apple (apple wood smoked), Cabot, Montchevre
(goat cheese), spreads by Owls Nest, slices by Old Tyme are sure to make a nice snack at the beach or work.
Fresh Pie - sold
whole, half, or by the slice. Normally available: cherry, cherry vanilla-almond, peach, peach-blueberry, apple,
pumpkin, pecan, strawberry-rhubarb, very berry, apple brown betty, blueberry, and many special requests.
Mini
Melts Ice Cream - Premium ice cream shot through liquid nitrogen and store here at 40 degrees below zero. Current
flavors: chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, cotton candy, chocolate chip mint, oreo. Soon to have frozen yogurt and
sherbet. Available in two sizes 5oz or 8oz cups.
Amish Breads - 7 grain, jalapeno cheese, cinnamon pull apart,
cinnamon raisin, gluten free.
Honey Items - honey stixs, creamed honey, cinnamon creamed honey, and different sizes of
pure honey jars, bears, and up to 5 pounds for cooking.
